Lew founded Lewis W Parks Associates in 1998 following a successful career building the internal capability for several internationally recognized Professional Service firms. Today he brings over 25 years experience, applying his expertise in building companies that have experienced rapid growth and are looking to improve performance and service delivery.
Lew believes that companies want to be recognized as leaders in their marketplace, in their industry, by their customers, and in their communities. He believes this recognition comes by having quality people, delivering on a quality promise, in support of a value-added need or customer interest; all of which contribute to growth, profitability, and leadership recognition.
Lew held senior level organizational development positions at Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting, and American Management Systems. Lew has advised and coached management teams on talent management and development, new growth and business expansion capability requirements, improving team and organizational performance, developing future leaders and managers, and developing and implementing strategies for future growth and change.
Lew is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), is certified in the Drexler-Sibbet Team Development Model, and has a Certificate in Mediation from Chicago's Center for Conflict Resolution.
