- March, 2008 - Lew presented "A Leadership Development Framework" at the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Development Institute.
- August, 2007 - Lew was interviewed for an article on Culture which will be published, on-line August 28, 2007 for Hospital and Health Networks. He talks about what companies need in order to develop and sustain a 'shared' culture across a multi-facility organization. The article author is Vicki Z. Lauter.
- October 10, 2006 - Lew Parks presented at the 2006 Chicagoland Learning Leaders Conference; his presentation was: " Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program". The LEAD Program was a high-potential leadership development program that he had designed after completing an assessment to determine the organization's specific leader needs. He will be reporting on the LEAD Program at next year's Conference with his co-presenter from the client.
- April, 2006 - Lew Parks presented at the 44th Annual ISPI Conference in Dallas Texas; his presentation was: "Developing a Leader Strategy That Will Extend Your Organization's Success"
- April, 2005 - Lew Parks presented at the 43rd Annual ISPI Conference in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; his presentation was "Building a Leadership Development Program That Addresses Your Organization's Needs"
